That's our member Frank Mason at the bottom of the ram rod.
This is Frank holding the large pry bar. According to Frank, the other guy is Tom Novosel who was holding a sledge hammer. Frank told him: "Okay, when I nod my head, you hit it!" He did and Frank's been a little goofy ever since.
